If the Hawkstone name rings a bell, it’s because Hawkstone is the brewery featured in Clarkson’s Farm, which has become something of a national obsession. But far from being just a TV tie-in, Hawstone’s credentials are built on process. From six-week lager maturation (well beyond the industry norm) to champagne yeast for their cider, extra time and care is present in every sip.
All of which is a long way of saying: this has “excellent gift” written all over it!
