A salami made to pair perfectly with Thornbridge Brewery’s Jaipur IPA beer.
Anyone familiar with the history of British craft beer will tell you, Jaipur by Thronbridge was the beer that changed everything. That’s why 18 years later, Serious Pig was honoured to be invited by Thornbridge Brewery to take part in this beloved brew’s birthday.
Obviously we celebrated by creating a special snack for the occasion.
We started with our classic salami ‘beer stick’ base of outdoor reared pork, garlic and white pepper and then added a blend of summer herbs (sage, parsley, rosemary and thyme) that have a perfect connection with the much loved tropical aromas of the Jaipur IPA.
We obviously think it’s delicious, but more importantly chief sommelier at Thornbridge James Buchanan has given the pairing a double thumbs up. So here it is, officially, the best way to enjoy Britain’s most award winning brew (and many other IPAs!).

It was nice, but I was expecting/hoping the flavour to be a bit stronger. Not sure I would buy again.
