A twist on our classic Snackalami: infused with cayenne pepper and paprika, the heat perfectly contrasts with the sweetness of the pork.
Made from the best outdoor reared British pork from our farmers in Kent, our spicy salamis are the perfect gourmet snack: gluten-free, low-carb and keto-friendly. Make it part of a charcuterie board or enjoy as an on-the-go saucisson.

| Taste | Salty pork flavour with sweet notes and low acidity, followed by smoky chilli and a lingering heat. |
| Pairing | Look for a drink with sweet honey or caramel tones to balance the heat. Some white or orange wines will have sweet honey and marmalade notes as well as some IPAs. If in doubt, you can’t go wrong with mead. |
