Inside you’ll find all of our salamis: fennel, spicy, English summer herb and classic (which is seasoned with garlic and black pepper like a traditional saucisson). Our popular Snackingham is also included, which tender slices of outdoor reared British pork, which has been flavoured with caraway seeds and white pepper.
