2. Ordering from Us
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed between us, when we confirm your order by email.
We need full payment before we can process your order. Your card is charged when you place your order.
These terms apply to every order you place through the website. They're the whole agreement between us for that order.
3. Fixing Ordering Errors
You can fix any mistakes in your order up until you click 'Submit' at checkout. If you spot an error after that, contact us straight away and we'll do what we can before your order is dispatched.
4. Pricing
Prices are as shown on the website and include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
5. Product Availability and Descriptions
All orders are subject to stock. On the rare occasion that something's unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Delivery
6.1 We only deliver within the UK.
6.2 We'll deliver to the address you provide, so please check it's correct. We're not liable for losses caused by an incorrect address once the goods are delivered as instructed.
6.3 Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you order.
6.4 We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays beyond our control may happen - if they do, we'll keep you updated. If we haven't delivered your order within 30 days of confirming it, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.
6.5 If your order doesn't arrive on time, please contact us as soon as possible so we help - we'll either locate or re-send the missing goods or refund you.
6.6 The goods become your responsibility once they've been delivered.
7. Your Right to Cancel
7.1 As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7.2 This right doesn't apply to products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, as they can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons. It also doesn't apply to any products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
7.3 To cancel, contact us at orders@seriouspig.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the products to us within 14 days of telling us. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. You're responsible for the cost of returning them unless they're faulty. Please note, not liking the taste does not make a product faulty.
7.4 We'll refund you within 5 business days of receiving the products back, including standard delivery charges. We may reduce your refund if the value of the products has been diminished by handling beyond what's needed to inspect them.
7.5 If your order hasn't yet left our warehouse, contact us immediately and we'll cancel it without you needing to return anything.
8. Faulty Goods
8.1 We want you to be happy with everything you order. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
8.2 If a product is faulty, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
8.3 After 30 days, or if you'd prefer, we'll replace faulty products or refund you - just get in touch.
8.4 If products are faulty, we'll refund you in full, including any return postage you've paid.
8.5 Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice.
9. If We Cancel
We may cancel your order if the items are out of stock, we don't deliver to your area, or there's a pricing or description error. If so, we'll notify you and refund any payment in full within 14 days.

You're entitled to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, free of charge. To do this, contact us at orders@seriouspig.co.uk. We'll respond within one month, as required by UK data protection law.

16.2 Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. Severability
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
