Every flavour of Snacking Cheese starts as the same proper Italian hard cheese - milk, salt, microbial rennet - seasoned with natural ingredients and nothing else. The Classic is the two-star Great Taste original: rich, savoury, faintly nutty. Rosemary sends it on a walk through the herb garden, Truffle takes it somewhere deep and earthy, and Caramelised Onion adds the gentle sweetness that makes it the first one to disappear first at gatherings.
