Who can order from you at trade prices? Any genuine trade business; pubs, bars, delis, farm shops, food halls, cafés, hotels, garden centres, hampers and online retailers. If you're not sure whether you qualify, just ask. We're a friendly bunch.
How do I open a trade account? Fill in the (very) short form on this page via the 'Register A Wholesale Account' and you're good to go. All we ask is you meet the minimum order amount.
Do I need to be VAT registered? No. We welcome businesses of all sizes, VAT registered or not.
Is there a minimum order? Yes - our minimum order is £80 which includes FREE delivery to mainland UK. .
How do I place an order? Once you've registered your account (which takes 1 minute) you'll be automatically sent to our shop.
What are your case sizes? Snacking Cheese & Snacking Pickles, box of 24 or SRP of 12; Snackalami, SRP of 24; Snackingham, box of 12; Grilled Olives, box of 18; Crisps & Giant Corn Scratchings, box of 24
Do you sell through wholesalers and distributors? Yes, we work with a number of national and regional wholesalers. If you'd rather order alongside your existing deliveries, get in touch and we'll point you to our nearest stockists.
How quickly will my order arrive? Orders placed by 1pm are usually dispatched within 2 working days, delivered by tracked courier. Most of the UK is next-day once dispatched.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect? Let us know within 48 hours at sales@seriouspig.co.uk with a photo and we'll look into it straight away.

How do I pay? By card at point of purchase. Invoices follow by email with everything you need for your records.
Buy now pay later options are available for regular customers at the discretion of Serious Pig LTD.
Do your products need refrigeration? No. The whole range is ambient, with no fridge required. Hang it by the till, stack it by the bar, merchandise it wherever your customers linger.
What's the shelf life? You'll find each snack’s minimum shelf-life when you log into our trade site but as a rule we offer 6mths+ on ever snack, except meat and snacks which is 4mths+
What are the RRPs? You'll find suggested RRPs for each product when you log into our trade site.

Can I get product images and descriptions for my website or menus? You will be sent a link to download an assets pack via email once you've completed your first order.
