DESCRIPTION

We're called Serious Pig, but this box contains no pig whatsoever.

Most of what we make has always been plant-based - we just don't shout about it. This box gathers the lot: crunchy baby gherkins, giant golden corn, hand-cooked Yorkshire crisps in sausage and pickle flavours, and marinated Greek olives, grilled and ready to go.

SNACKING PICKLES + HAZY IPA
Snacking Pickles love a crisp, citrussy pour - a session IPA, a hazy pale, or a sharp cider. The brighter and brinier the better.
HOPS: Ahtanum, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic
MALTS: Pale Ale, Torrified Wheat, Dextrin, Caramalt, Malted Oats
CORN SCRATCHINGS WITH LAGER
Corn Scratchings ask for nothing fancier than a crisp, clean lager or pilsner. The salt softens any bitterness in the beer, so each mouthful drinks smoother and more refreshing than the last.
HOPS: Select Spalter, Saphir, Simcoe
MALTS: Pilsner
SAUSAGE CRISPS WITH AMBER ALE
Sausage Crisps want a beer with a bit of malt to it. The sweet, peppery seasoning plays right into the biscuit and caramel notes of a proper amber ale, each one bringing out the best in the other. A clean lager does the job too, but with ale is when they sing.
